i am filled with gratitude thinking of it. grateful that I was there at the right place and time, with the right skillset developed over my decade+ of platformer work, with the right team built over years of living in community, with the right story to tell driving me to get up every day and work

there's nothing more satisfying than making tactical decisions or setup, changing phases & the music picking up to cheer you on as the action picks up... that's video gaming!!

i can see it even in these anonymous questions, that celeste means a lot to some people. if we do return to that world I want to have an honest & meaningful reason for doing so, and to do right by those people
