What made it a bad call? My least favorite is when we get everyone together for the big, exciting kick-off call… which turns out to just be scheduling the actual kick-off next week.

Multi-Account Containers was a big one, but now that I'm looking I can't believe it was released 8(?) years ago.
Firefox Relay is nice, but that's not really a Firefox browser feature.
Native vertical tabs is a feature I've been waiting on forever and it is finally almost here in the sidebar revamp.

What do you think are some of the top tools/features that security people tend to miss?
