It is hard to say goodbye to those cards but they just need to go in the recycling bin. Get enough of what you need and then just let the rest go.

One thing to consider is how many of a single card in a set you need. I sorted into sets by year and put in resealable bags. I jettisoned most of the spares unless they really meant something to me. I just don’t need 6 1993 Tony Pena topps cards
