Found a different sort of tiki bar at Resorts World called Thr Golden Monkey. Very upscale with amazing decor. Drinks had a different twist to them, but they were amazing.

Thanks to our generous friend and neighbor, we were able to snag some of P!nk’s wine from Two Wolves, which is tough to get. We only tried one, but it was amazing. Hopefully some day my wine lottery will come through and I can get on her email list.

Can someone explain to me the popularity of Portos that's coming to DLR? The renderings of the building makes this place look absolutely massive (2 story?) with a huge patio that's taking out 2 ticket booths. All of this for a bakery? I know nothing about this place.

Christmas 2025! This has been such a year that putting up decorations made things feel a bit better. Switched things up this year with a turquoise, white and silver man tree, all red flocked tree and a new pencil pink tree.

I'm happy to say that I'm about 80% done with decorating the inside of the house for Christmas. My body is telling me very clearly, how difficult this job is to get done. The multiple trips to the storage unit and all the work takes to put up takes it's toll after 2 weeks of work.

After seeing results from tonight, I’m feeling….what’s the word? Hopeful? Could it be possible? After 10 months of a shitshow, I feel hopeful. I hope this continues.

Going to Vegas in a couple weeks to go to the Wizard of Oz experience at the Sphere. Got Golden Tiki, Glitter Gulch Tiki and The Laundry Room booked for drinks and food. Few dinners mixed in there too.

It's always a nightmare after time change when you own a dog, especially in the fall. Gus is always 30-45 minutes early when it comes to his walks. Factor in the fact that we're now an hour early, Gus is sitting here staring intently at me at 10:15am for his noon walk. Exhausting.
