The reality is, russia has always targeted civilian cites. It literally is their doctrine, to "break the will of the people". Eventhough they'll never succeed.

I mean they either killed or deported to siberia (which is the same thing) approx 10% OF THE ENTIRE POPULATION of this three countries. So yeah, I would classify that as "a murderer".

They replaced nazi oppression with soviet oppression. That doesn't fit into the definition of "liberate". Their goal was never to liberate those countries but to own them, own the land and enslave the people.

Look. This discussion is about if the corruption rankings are "fake", not if corruption exists at all. According to Transparency international, 🇩🇰 is the least corrupt country, 🇫🇮 2nd, 🇧🇻🇸🇪 tied 5th w. score 81/100. I.e. corruption exist, but propably a bit less in Nordics than e.g. Greece (score 49).
