We’re sharing madeleines and earl grey tea for #BlueSunday #TeaPartyforME! Madeleines are relatively easy to make for feeling so fancy and we’re happy to have been able to make them again.

Today is May 12th ME Awareness Day. This is my view most days. I’d like for it not to be my view forever, but even more I want for my friends in sickness not to lose the supports they need to survive. #DisabilitySOS #MEAwarenessDay #MECFS #LongCovid

The only marker of the 1637 #MysticMassacre, in which Puritans razed a settlement of over 500 #Pequot Indians, largely women, children, and elders, is a tree on a traffic island in a quiet suburban neighborhood. 🧵

Matt was also responsible for the creation of the May 12 Solve ME/CFS Initiative logo, which I think they still use?

Matt mentioned in the blurb preceding this comic that it was part of the debut issue of a twice-yearly #MECFS artist's forum called BrainBug that he intended to release. If anyone has any issues or knows Matt, please let me know. I found an old website, but the email was dead.

I love this comic about #MECFS by Matt Straznitskas from Spring 1992 #CFIDSChronicle. The early 90s, perforated-edge printer paper style is so endearing and the comic is still super relatable. The final pane "Soapbox" is, as with most early Chronicles, very depressing. #LongCovid
