Why isn’t it THE issue that the presidential election hadn’t happened yet?! These people were selling access to a presidential administration that didn’t exist. Who pays for that unless given proof that the election wouldn’t matter—that a 2nd trump admin was guaranteed?!

THIS. Heard someone fuming about “visas bringing cheap labor” after their company laid off an entire segment and moved those jobs to India. Sir, a preeminent scientist in her field being allowed to work in the usa didn’t take your customer service job.

Nothing fishy at all about selling guarantees that a nominee’s presidential admin will do specific things months before the “election” is held. Nothing to see here, folks.

Anyone who’s paid even the tiniest bit of attention to policing in the u.s. (ever) knows that what ICE is displaying is their training working as designed. Lots of people just aren’t used to seeing policing used against suburban white moms.

My first voter card after moving to mn says unaffiliated. My current one (11 years later) doesn’t tho. So now i get to wonder about that, but only after i attest and sign :)
