e4 e5 d4 exd4 Bc4 Nc6 Nf3 Bc5 Ng5 - This is the line I was trying to go for based on what you show actually doesn’t seem that bad at all for white!

Seems like no matter how Black defends the f7 pawn white can take on f7 twice and then do Qh5+ like you showed to win back the bishop.
