Why do we have 2 Boeing 52-H Stratofortresses flying about 100 miles north of Venezuela? The other day it was F-18s flying north of Maracaibo, but these are much more powerful aircraft are they not? These are nuclear-capable aircraft with a huge number of weapons systems.
