So what? Maybe he knows someone that was screwed over by UHC. Maybe he was denied care by the system and he looked up the biggest denier of claims. The problems with our healthcare are systemic. Not one insurer, not one hospital, not one pharmacy, not one drug company, or one PBM... ALL OF THEM.

Healthcare should never be for-profit. When shareholder value takes precedent over human lives, the system is broken. We need to seize the means of healthcare.

True. American companies would jack up prices to at or just below the import prices anyway. Some of that would be justified by having to pay all those additional workers higher wages than other countries, but they'll tack on more. Either way: higher prices to the consumers. This system sucks.

Yes, but they'll say this is to incentivize buying here. They don't seem to understand that you can't do that overnight. 80% of our lumber is imported. If we put a 25% tariff on Canada, we can't just 5x our national lumber output so we can buy American. Microchips, avocados, car parts: all the same
