#couchto5k Week 5 Run 3: didn't complete.
The jump up from 8mins to 20 was too much for me, even with Run 2 being 2x 8mins with a five minute walk break two days ago.
I managed 13 minutes run, 2.5mins walk, 4.5 run, 1.5 walk then 2.5 run to make up the 20 minutes.
Next attempt on Monday.

Had a successful couple of days on Buyee - Picked up various Sentai Rings that I needed. I'm starting to see the Power-Up sets listed as boxes as well as individuals - I might try and pick up Box 1 and 2 for ~£80 rather than buying 16 rings individually and incurring fees every time.

That's such an interesting idea to have the Dragonzord legs become arms for the combined form - I'm also loving the full use of the tail in two sections to become the staff weapon.
