Yesterday, I got caught in a downpour—completely drenched, and my copy of IT got wet. Only the first pages were damaged, but then I remembered what happens in those pages. I’m not superstitious, but the horror fan in me wants to believe that rain came straight from the skies over Derry.

When I was a kid, games like this used to make me so angry.
It’s nice to go back. The world is a scary place, but I can hold on to a piece of the past.
Playing them still makes me angry, but it’s a simple feeling.
It’s nice to feel angry about something that doesn’t matter.
Just for a while.

This is one of mine. It’s a collection of Kurt Vonnegut novels that I read in middle school.
It just sits on my shelf because I don’t want it to fall apart, but every once in a while, I take it out and think about how it blew my mind.
