@jamesgunn.bsky.social I just started watching Creature Commandos and I have a question regarding Circe's pronunciation. I've always heard it pronounced Circe like Sir C instead of Sir Say as the show has it. And I guess this is for movies on the whole. What goes into movie/TV pronunciation changes?
