It might have been 15 years ago but I remember well how awful one character was cast.
A sweet little girl with the cutest voice was cast by a bratty and annoying voice 😁

Sorry I can't fully agree with you.
Now to be fair it might have gotten better the last ten years.
IMHO, if you watch the sub and later a dub, most of the time the English version is badly cast compared to the original.
