That is a great suggestion! The only reason I went through with it was because someone shared a script on here and I came across it while I was doomscrolling -- I'll definitely use this!

Yeah, I figure even once or twice a week is more than most folks, so it's definitely worth it! I'm going to try and be a little more habitual moving forward -- just needed to rip the bandaid off first!
