National approvals ratings are kind of meaningless. He is in the high 60s WY, WV, ND and ID. He is well below 40% in the most liberal states, VT, HI, MD , MA and California. What I find encouraging is that he’s underwater in most of the battleground states - MI, GA, NC, PA & NV.
