I will close by stating the obvious: We cannot be apathetic to what is happening around us. It is easy to feel hopeless and defeated. We cannot let those feelings of despair consume us. Hope is like the truth; it can only be grasped internally because it resides within you.

Our strong feelings stem from the fact that we care. We are invested in the truth, which is only truly grasped by the individual, meaning our personal understanding of truth. Yet, many people today believe they know what is true for others, leading them to accept falsehoods as truths.

Perhaps the always being part of a historic moment became too much for Gen-Z, and they did not like the millennial liberal individualism solution bc they were burnt out.
