My son is 30. Lives and works on his own. Has a girlfriend for over 10 years. He knows he's autistic. He is a little quirky, but a whole person. He's smart and kind. He even knows DJT and RFK are idiots. That makes him smarter than 30% of the US.

I still believe that blocking the CR would have given Trump more power. It was hard, but in the end, maybe right. He would have eliminated more "non-essential" workers in the guise of a shutdown and never brought them back. Legally, where would they have stood in that dismissal? I don't know.
