Mtg has always been the rules system tho that's also one of the prerequisites that makes it a game, it would of never survived this long without its rules system. I'd say it's better than when I first played in '94, we were told to put our lands in front back then lol

Spiderman would of easily been able to a full set given ample time from the get go of making a full set, it has more years of consecutive lore than Doctor who. But also over the different iterations of TMNT it can also do a full set. I'm wishing for og comic versions but thats too graphic
