I think that its hilariously ironic that all the Republican Trumpers in this country that reelcted that POS to "own the libs" are going to soon REALLY hate the libs because the D party is going to revise every corner of every legal work that describes what a POTUS can and cannot do.
Appeals court rules Trump can fire independent agency members without cause gutting the last bulwark against presidential capture of oversight. They're not "independent" if they serve at his pleasure. This is how democracies die: with judges rewriting "for cause" to mean "for any reason I like."

Question for lawyers: if an attorney in court asks a question and then ultimately says "withdrawn" due to objection or any other reason, does the judge instruct the jury to disregard everything they heard starting with the question until the "withdrawn" statement? If not, why not?

I think it maybe is a good strategy to give up on bitching about Trump and start spending our time telling each and all R congress members that they are not going to receive votes in 2026 unless they impeach and remove this disgusting so-called "American" from the White House.

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.
