It's partially intentional that there are obvious mistakes in these. The people who respond with these mistakes so apparent are easier to scam. Critical thinking is the biggest enemy of scammers.

This applies to many people who have neurodivergent conditions. Someone with ADHD will similarly have trouble processing what's being asked of them in situations where they are out of their comfort zone and will seem like they're not paying attention, even if they are trying their best.

Section 230 isn't even hard to imagine in a non-technological sense either. It's like a public bulletin board at a town hall. If someone puts illegal content on it, is the town hall instantly liable? If they kept it there and didn't take action when it's reported, of course then they are liable.
