🚨Preprint altert!🚨
Check out the newest preprint coming out of our collaboration with the Weinmann-Menke lab, describing effects of disease and medication on pre-analytical stability in metabolomics in the context of Lupus:

Disease and Medication Context Shape ex vivo Metabolite Stability: A Pilot Study in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Pre-analytical variation is a major challenge in metabolomics, yet most stability studies have focused on healthy volunteers and overlooked the impact of disease and medication. To address this gap, w...

🚨Publication alert - out today!🚨

Have you ever wondered if you could do #metabolite #antigen #discovery by chemically #crosslinking the antigen to the antigen presenting molecule #MR1?

We did!

And it works a treat - check out our new methodology :)

Nice work by our collaborators in Cardiff. Looking forward to joint follow-up projects across our two labs...
A follow up study to the Nature Immunology paper we published on the MR1-restricted T-cells (MC.7.G5) that respond to cancer! This time, cancer specific recognition of cancer cell lines through the use of a semi-invariant TCR containing a TRAJ42 segment and a CAXYGGSQGNLIF TCRα motif.
