If you're looking for of activity bits I'd spend a couple of days in Ubud, good to wander round and lots of trips out. For the beach we did Seminyak; I was warned off Kuta down the road as an "Aussie Magaluf". Then scuba diving in Amed, which was really just a diving town, nice but not over-lively.

Went back in 2019, which is a while ago now. It gets very hyped but genuinely loved up to expectations. Went to a few different spots while we were there.
