And, yes, I know that everything is political to some extent. But the point I’m making is that speaking out against genocide shouldn’t be construed as some sort of radical political act. Speaking out against genocide should be seen as Being Human 101.

On the other hand, politicians like Obama and Hillary Clinton only now calling for aid to be sent to Gaza, after the nearly two years that Israel has been committing genocide, is cynical opportunistic bullshit. Don’t fall for it.

Israel is slaughtering and starving Palestinians with U.S. funding. Our tax dollars are supporting genocide. It’s never too late to get outraged about that.
