I had it good just talking about movies. Only smaller communities are made of real people now. Small, niche, even with people who argue among themselves are at least genuine.

This is so bleak. I was upset when I lost the account now I'm numb. I sent appeal, even a couple, I'll let it rest a day or two then write again if encessary and then again if I get it but without all functions restored. I don't know what the system detected but a human needs to look at it not a bot

Best case scenario is I get it back in 1-2 days because I heard this is how long it may take. But even if that happens I don't know if I want to still report that hacked account because I don't want them to just permanently delete everything. Other people who are rebuilding are also in danger.

You were also accused by their system of having a fake account? I don't know how they detected it if I made that one using unique email. I don't know what might link me to the past one. The IP address at the moment of creation? I don't know how they can determine what's what now but I appealed.

Oh now I still see the hacked account. I want this to end.

I once asked one about this just to check and he immediatelly said how much it's gonna cost (in crypto). Told him since I was just a victim of a hacker this attempt at a scam was rather pathetically obvious and lazy and he agreed.

A scammer bot replied to this message? Lmao so Bluesky also has this problem? Remeber there are no "ethical hackers" out there waiting to help poor victims of scam attacks for nothing.

Maybe it's a good sign the old account is banned and twitter is taking precautionary measures. I want to have this all behind me and focus on rebuilding everything. I don't think I deserved any of these punches in the last few days.

There are so many hacked accounts now big and small. And the number is growing. And now they're suspending real accounts and not the hacked ones? I can't go on. And now to wait a few more days fo an appeal that may go nowhere?

I wonder. I'll have a backup prepared just in case because to be fair I'm not sure what are the chances. I just needed real people to communicate with because on one side there are scammers and on the other IT tech support that I can't talk to immediatelly on livechat or anything.

It's a shame I used a temporary email for my account (because I already had a private one). But whether I get the old one or make a new one I will just create a new gmail account. I don't know what else to do for safety I guess just be more cautious.
