MeshCentral v1.1.36 was just released and along with other fixes, it now supports Duo Two-Factor Authentication. This is great for administrators that was to give this added security feature a try. Duo works along other supported 2FA modes. Thanks to @si458.bsky.social for this great work.

Just published MeshCentral v1.1.0 with updated MeshAgents for most platforms. The new agent includes OpenSSL 1.1.1s along with many bug fixes.

I just updated the public http://MeshCentral.com server from version v1.0.56 to current v1.0.99. I will let it run for a while. If it looks good, v1.0.99 will be the new "Stable" version.

Just published MeshCentral v1.0.96. You can now use account messaging to receive device connection and disconnection messages along with user help requests. This works all messaging (Telegram, Pushover, XMPP, Discord and CallMeBot).

MeshCentral v1.0.95 was just published with a bunch of changes including support for http://ntfy.sh, a free notification service. Very easy to setup and use.

Published MeshCentral v1.0.87 with Telegram messaging support. Once enabled, your users can add their Telegram handle to their account to receive notifications and use it as a second factor for login authentication. Users must verify their Telegram account using a 6 digit code.

MeshCentral v1.0.86 was just released. By community request, MeshCentral is now machine translated to Bosnian. Now 21 different translations in the translation file.

Later today I am flying back to Portland, Oregon and will be home for the first time in 6 weeks. I will be back at work and will get to start coding new features. During my vacation I saw Pont du Gard and Millau Viaduct, both record holding bridges 2000 years apart.

I am still on vacation until October 18th 2022 but one quick post to mention that the MeshCentral YouTube channel just hit 100k views. Thank you to all the viewers, new videos come out every Wednesday.

Thanks to GitHub contributor mstrhakr, MeshCentral’s OpenID now supports user membership groups. You can control what rights a user has in MeshCentral based on what OpenID membership groups the user is part of.

MeshCentral v1.0.79 now allows users to subscribe for email notifications when a device requests help. MeshCentral Assistant can make a help request and the server will now generate emails to the right people. Great for tech support.

Not typical, but MeshCentral v1.0.78 supports custom SMS gateways. You can have MeshCentral send SMS messages using a generic URL and have your own code handle how it's processed.

Just posted MeshCentral v1.0.77 with an updated web site that can handle 100k+ devices in a single account by supporting device pages. You will see a limited number of devices and the site will still update the visible devices in real-time.

Just published MeshCentral v1.0.73. If you have the web relay feature enabled, you can now share access to a web site to a guest for a limited time. Hit the "Share" button on a device and select HTTP or HTTPS and it create a public link anyone can use to access the private site.

MeshCentral is now capable of synchronizing LDAP membership groups with MeshCentral user groups so that you can grant access to remote devices to your users based on LDAP memberships.

Just published MeshCentral v1.0.72. Within MeshCentral, the Intel AMT tab will now show up in the correct language when available. This tab is a special version of MeshCommander that is available in 11 languages.
