The union representing the largest number of NASA employees, IFPTE, has filed suit against Executive Order 14343, which denied NASA employees their collective bargaining rights, resulting in contracts negotiated in good faith being repudiated and employees being denied their Weingarten Rights

This Executive Order denies NASA employees, among many others, the right to collectively bargain.
This includes the roughly 1,200 engineers and scientists we represent at MSFC and MAF.
For reference, most NASA unions formed in response to the post-Apollo Reductions In Force of the early 1970s.

And with this, the union contract that I and the rest of our negotiations team worked for years to overhaul and modernize has been unilaterally revoked because our Agency is somehow "intelligence, counterintelligence, investigative, or national security" in nature
