There’s work to be done but there is a national move to reconciliation through education and in certain provinces you cannot graduate without credits in Indigenous-focused courses.

Answering in good faith - it’s a solid question, my understanding of their role is that it’s to foster positive relations. Given that tourism in Scotland is up over 20percent and the average wedding is £20k (7x these events) I was left wondering about whether this was a story.
