and as I said in a different thread of this post, ~80,000 of the ~120,000 japanese people in the internment camps were born in the US or born in the US to parents born in the US.
Like, it's seriously dangerous for minority tourists under this administration, and that's not based on hypotheticals

thats entirely different because x and social media are corporations not the government, hence why moderation is generally stricter than free speech. Like, you can't say the word cisgender on X without it being limited or deleted by moderation.

understand the extent of immigrants rights within the country under such an administration because otherwise they don't know the full complexity of the situation they want to fix or the things the admin is legally capable of given the act from 1798 trump invoked.

I also do need to point out that Musk and the current admin have been playing rules for thee not for me since trump was on the first republican primary ticket, their definition absolutely doesn't include noncitizens, they hate immigrants

For example, in the country, no law can prevent you from going to the church of your choice because that law would also restrict The People's 1A rights, but you can deny someone without citizenship or visa entry into the country for speech bcause they're not The People

This means that most speech is protected on US soil, but that doesn't prevent them from applying certain criteria to non-citizens that would allow them to deport people based on certain beliefs

tourists rights basically come from the constitution restricting what can be made into a criminal law, not directly from being included within "The People" which is what I was referring to given the context here
