Amendment by Graeme Downie (17) - which allows for the severe conditions criteria to apply to claimants who have fluctuating conditions, such as Parkinson’s or multiple sclerosis.

- If you need quiet space at any point during the protest, Liverpool Central Library on William Brown Street (L3 8EW) is 500m from the station and will be open

- This is a busy city centre location, feel free to bring ear defenders, noise cancelling headphones or any other accessibility devices
