Some films/books lose context w time even wellmeaning 1s. With context lost & era over future gens see something parents loved, wonder wtf. I always hated Gone with thewind. That’s my Taxi driver. Taxi driver I saw when it came out so wasn’t offended. realism was new. No more musicals. Grit was in.
