ideally i wanted to have a nas as a backup + home media server solution, something not too noisy since i live in a studio apartment
might be asking for too much, but ideally i would just have a bunch of somewhat fast network storage that isn't only for backups

idea for this screen setup is 42.5" 4k 144hz in the center and 21.5" 1080p 100hz vertical on the sides, so i can have both on a 100% scaling setting
should be ideal for what i usually do

i really wanted to spend my end of the year budget on a proper on-site backup solution but i guess that's not happening
guess i'm putting that budget towards a better screen setup (my current one is 2x 1080p 60 Hz side by side and it's so not enough for the stuff that i do)

i would really just use it as a pseudo console + tv box kinda deal, just something to drive the TV and if it happens to play games decently that's just gonna be all the better
now im just hoping it's not too loud so i can just run it in the background haha

my passion for the harder styles will return eventually, but currently lacking it while being the backbone of one of the bigger hard dance venues is an insane energy drainer and passion killer
