That has literally ALWAYS been Orange Joffrey's way. In the 80s he defaulted on a $40M loan, litigated into only repaying 17 cents on the $ - and it became his business plan. He told us during the 2nd debate with Hillary when she lambasted him for not paying his taxes "Why didn't anyone stop me?"
