My husband is retiring just a bit before I do, so we’ve been plotting out all the things want to do. Our house needs a lot of work, but also have a lot of little day trip adventures planned too.

I still have another month to go, so not everyone knows I’m retiring, yet. But it does feel good to be leaving on my own terms and having time to reach out and say goodbye to coworkers from various teams, even ones I have worked with for a while.
