Maybe you’d wonder: But why do this when leverless controllers exist?
Because you can hold this in your hand and lean back on the couch, you can sit weird and not worry about balancing the controller on your lap, and you can lean into your attacks and wave it around and still not miss your combo

You might wonder: how do you use it?
Easy: you hold the controller like in the third picture and use you index, middle, and ring fingers to press the buttons. The layout is like a rotated leverless controller. It takes a bit of getting used to but it’s very comfortable after a while
