Mignon, 25 and bitless for the first time. (I wouldn’t normally have used a bit but he arrived with it two years ago and I questioned whether it was worth changing. Glad I did.)

Mignon joined our family two years ago after I appealed for a companion horse to keep my youngster happy when I went out with Merlin.
He’d not been ridden for years.
Look at him now. This adorable, gentle giant will be 25 next month.
