Oh I get this so much. I had to have three teeth removed because they were trashed. Generally they will also give options to fix the hole like a partial denture or something of the like

My longest running gripe with this event has been the lack of Hroths, and it felt doubly insulting because Pagaga was an option- A Lalafell NPC who only appears in like two skirmishes in Zadnor, but someone like Marsak was just skipped over
