You can choose between any suggested tag in any of the categories or write your own tag in the white square below the options. Suggested options often show the most used tags, I think. That's why is pretty useful to just write your own tag that you want filtered.

Ohh got it, sorry. The block part confused me haha! Filter is actually pretty easy. Just go into any fandom/tag and tap the option “filter” a menu should pop up in the right side of the screen. Look for the “exclude part” and see what you want to filter. +
