Funny! Agreed that her political views and opinions have really tarnished her but I try to allow the books and stories to live separate from the author. Many authors throughout time were very problematic people but their works are still valuable to the world.

I started it and put it away for almost a year because I found it so painful to read. Glad I finished it but I can’t imagine reading it twice.
