This is Princess Endymia, a Pretty Guardian who is always ready for battle!
She is partially modelled after Prince Endymion from Sailor Moon canon, though made tougher with a full set of plate armor, and a helmet that she usually wears in combat. There are times when she would take it off, though.

As my first post on Bluesky I'm posting a comparison between portrayals of Prince / Princess Serenity.
In the anime, she is seen as a very graceful girl, while some scenes in the manga paints her as the ditzy klutz that Usagi is, but in a royal dress.
