they´d probably need PCM, but now with neither PCM nor FCM they´re stuck on a random realm without their other chars and community :(

Their RP chars belong on Cele. and the raid equip would be immensely helpful for our community raid. Help? 🥺

No chance to see it and they are all low pop at the moment.

So i do get that people are confused. But experience shows that the devs will only consider the mega realm player and kill all of the community driven realms. it has happened over and over again and i´m tired of it.

Currently even the bigger cluster are low pop. But the realms can hold more player, a low pop today might have been a medium/high pop to original vanilla
it´s actually not easily visible which realms are connected and which not :-/
In EU it´s even worse since some PVP realms are english, some german

That´s why there are FCM. if you don´t like it, leave.
(though i think they should remove the FCM offers from some of the low pop realms to protect them from bots. The RP realms, and some of the EU realms still have language specific communities for example)

btw i also just play on RP realms and i don´t know how closely you are following what the devs are doing but since 2022 they´ve killed all RP realms in EU (except the era ones) and in us 4 (almost 5 but they left BSB in Mop) if you want to play rp be careful what you are asking for :-/

ah you were talking about realm connections like in retail and Mop? they do exist in era but only some cluster.
No RP/PVE connections right now, no.
i thought you were talking about realm merges like in TBCC. I´ve lost already my realm back then once and don´t want to loose the era one, too. :(

There ARE already FCM from every realm available (with the exception of Grob and Zandalar Tribe afaik) to one PVE/PVP realm depending on the ruleset?

I hope they REMOVE the FCM at least for the moment to protect the smaller realms from bots which will now level due to the ani transfers.

like HC/Anni/SoD, but would love to bring their chars "back home" afterwards (if the game mode allows it).

In the past, we could use FCM to a realm like Pyre, followed by a PCM back home — but with PCM disabled, that’s no longer an option, and it wasn’t something we could really foresee. 😟
