I don’t trust anything that he does. I wouldn’t be hanging out downwind of the east wing. Hopefully someone can shed some light on a demo permit with asbestos and led pre-sampling.

If they are still demoing and there is indeed asbestos in the building materials then yes if you are directly downwind. Hopefully if this truly is not being done correctly, it will be remedied by then. Remember, nobody knows more about environmental permits than Donnie.

Don’t believe the hype.It is likely that they are gaslighting and will pull together the special session on organization day in November when the general assembly has a scheduled gathering to plan for the January start of the 2026 legislative session.Indiana has a part-time legislature. #holdtheline

It is an issue as long and as far as that dust is able to stay in the air or get into an HVAC system. The poorly executed watering of the building is a poor attempt to keep the dust down. It obviously isn’t working.

That dust could very likely have asbestos and lead in it. Asbestos and lead are pretty much harmless when left alone in place. Crushing it up and sending it airborne is how people end up breathing it in and the dust particles get in the lungs and cut - scar them. The lead leaches into the body.

When I was watching the first clips of the demo, there was a guy at the gate in a HiViz vest. My guess is that they are doing monitoring. Hopefully on all sides because the wind appears to be blowing right to left in the videos. When you see dust come off of the building as they break it up,
