During his time in captivity and under torture, Nathaniel accidentally becomes pregnant and lays an egg. However, Ithaqua refuses to keep the child and forces Nathaniel to consume the offspring he has given birth to (akin to a fertilized egg 🤧💦).

*Note: In this alternate universe, both Ithaqua and Nathaniel are monsters. Events unfold as in the original storyline, except that Ithaqua easily rescues his mother and captures Nathaniel. Ithaqua then imprisons his brother in the basement of their house.
