I was looking up base sizes because I wanted to dark angel up Calgar and his honor guard. I googled it to avoid slogging through the GW website. This is why I say the Google is a tool, not a resource. Much like a hammer, when used poorly, it can cause bad results.

Unfortunately after some complications and some mistakes I have to concede defeat. The one week challenge got me this time. I will take a short break from painting these and come back to finish them soon with fresh eyes and renewed patience.

On the first I opened this box and started building on this. The goal was to be done in a week, the weekend didn't play as nice as I wanted for painting time. I gave myself a one day extension on the time limit.

I had one hell of an ongoing URI over the last week, so I took a couple days to build and paint a Cerastus Knight Lancer. I tried to make it look like the machine spirits were screaming for death as it knight overheats. The pictures might not do my idea justice. #warhammer40k
