Hey y'all this is one of my Warhammer 40k OCs. She (le gasp) is one of five backup Primarch created as a replacement in case one or more of the originals die or fall to Chaos. She was activated after the Horus Heresy on a fat off planet of Kitpein.

I think you have no idea what capitulation means.
If we were to cease resisting Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal we'd keep using their services and hand over our IDs on a silver platter.
However by going back to cash we cut out paypros from our ability to buy stuff, reminding them we don't need them.
