To some people, the concept of mental immunity makes them uncomfortable. The analogies we use make people think about vaccine mandates and top-down control of information. The fact of the matter is this: improving your mental immunity is your own choice, we're just working to help you do so.

Too often, we see differences in perspectives as reasons to get in conflict with others. We get angry and make ad hominen attacks, criticisms that are directed against the person rather than the position they're taking. Instead, approach the disagreement with kindness and curiosity.

Lateral reading is a critical thinking skill that involves evaluating the credibility of a source by comparing it with other sources. This allows you to verify evidence, contextualize information, and find potential weaknesses.
