Totally agree with this. I love hosting a meal and drinks with a two or 3 people. Where we can talk and have a few drinks and relax. My nightmare would be to walk in a party with dozens of people who are drinking and been very loud

I did that three years ago because the whole department was toxic. I really love my job and I get to work from home permanently and I work really well with all but one . However I have to have regular contact with him so trying to work out how to deal with him.

Hi, I will let you know. I wish I didn’t have to deal with these people but it’s my job unfortunately so I have to look for a way that I am comfortable with.
