I’m making cookbook author Marcella Hassan’s tomato, onion and butter sauce. Those are the ingredients plus salt. Not even a speck of anything else. It’s got fantastic reviews from everyone that’s tried it. So it is simmering as we speak. I just want to mess with it so bad!!

Jack and I went on a Taco truck stroll tonight. There were about 10 in a row. We got carne asada tacos and freshly made churros. It was so fun. While all the tourists were on First St in Napa being fancy the locals were eating from some of the best trucks in town lol.
