If it were released today, it would be a Best Picture nominee.

The worst kind of idiots are the ones who act as if they're smarter than everyone else.

Which just goes to show you that a movie's success is not always tied to whether it's a good movie.

If anything is released that implicates Trump in anything criminal, I'll be stunned.

My prediction is that, however it happened, the files will show little and Trump will spend the week pretending he just won some great victory.

LOL...damn those "random strangers".

I was with you until this bonkers post.

Have a good life.

I did think about someone other than myself. That's why I got vaccinated.
November 19, 2025 at 2:41 AM
I'm aware of the long covid risks, though the risk of long covid has declined significantly over the course of the pandemic, and the risk is even lower for those who are vaccinated. I'm also aware that severe disease increases the risk. I trust the vaccine. I'm sorry you don't.
November 19, 2025 at 1:28 AM
It's more than enough to protect against severe disease, and it has been overwhelmingly effective at doing so (as it was originally intended). That's enough for me. I trust science. I trust my vaccine.
November 19, 2025 at 12:54 AM
“That analogy doesn’t really apply. Masking after being fully vaccinated does relate to how much someone trusts the vaccine. If someone consistently acts like the vaccine isn’t enough, it naturally suggests a lack of confidence in it. That’s the point I’m making.”

If I was Giants ownership, I'd be livid.
November 18, 2025 at 10:33 AM
If you're goal is to never get sick and you wear a well-fitted, high quality respirator consistently, then I agree with you. And that is anyone's right (and maybe need if they're immunocompromised). But as an otherwise healthy person who is up to date on his shots, I'm not scared of bugs.
November 18, 2025 at 10:25 AM
Please don't lecture me.

If you want to mask, please do. I have no objection. I'm all up to date on my vaccines so I don't need to mask. I trust my vaccines.
November 17, 2025 at 11:15 PM
No one wants to get ill. That's why we get vaccines. That way, if we do get infected, it is much less likely to turn into a serious illness.
November 17, 2025 at 11:13 PM
Staying well is an understandable wish. But people who mask to "prevent the spread' are just living in fantasyland at this point. Also, the whole point of being vaxxed is reduce the risk of getting ill, not to avoid any infection. That's what the COVID vaccine is designed for.
November 16, 2025 at 2:44 AM
They were never designed to prevent COVID. And they never will But they are highly effective at doing what they WERE designed to do.

To be clear, I'm not anti-mask. People are free to mask if they choose or need to. I have no need to. I'm not at higher risk and I'm up to date on my shots.
November 16, 2025 at 2:38 AM
And by exceptions, I mean those with compromised immune systems, those who live with people who have compromised immune systems, and people who have an active infection.
November 15, 2025 at 11:39 PM
It is that simple. There are exceptions, of course...but people who continue to mask despite being vaxxed are sending the message they don't believe in the vaccines.
November 15, 2025 at 11:38 PM
I got my shots, so I don't ned to mask.
