Honestly, being pissed off at the medical system is what made me realize I had to eat 😂

Ironically, being denied the ability to even be ASSESSED for MAiD got me angry enough that I realized I hadn't ate in awhile...

I wasn't kidding when I said it was a case of "time flying and not thinking about it".

I tried to think about when I last ate (which if one has to think about it, that's a red flag in itself...) and realized it had been 9 days.

Can I say, yay, personal record?

I occassionally rewatch "The Man From Earth" to laugh not at the movie, but at my younger self thinking it was so deep.

Now the hard part is finding somebody to check in on me in 12 hours to make sure i'm still alive because, ironically, resuming eating after a fast that long can be deadly, apparently (refeeding syndrome)😂

Having grown up in a very religious community in Manitoba (That was the center of the lockdown protests in MB due to religious gatherings being banned), I can say that the actions of so-called Christians don't tend to be very christ-like.
